Reporting to the Regional Director, the Site Manager is responsible for coordinating site activities, managing teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of operations related to the purchase, transportation, and processing of materials. The Site Manager contributes to achieving performance objectives while maintaining a safe work environment and a strong customer-focused culture.



Maintain an active presence in the field and work closely with employees; conduct performance evaluations and foster a collaborative work environment; Monitor employee performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide appropriate coaching and support; Coordinate truck dispatching and transportation schedules efficiently; Manage the procurement of ferrous and non-ferrous materials; Establish priorities, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions; Prepare reports for management and support strategic decision-making; Develop and maintain a customer service culture by building a team focused on meeting local customer needs; Execute local marketing initiatives to increase site visibility and respond to specific customer needs; Define, document, and update operational policies, procedures, and processes; Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions; Exposure to hazardous materials.
