Aprio is seeking a Client Service Director to lead and grow a high-impact Talent Advisory practice, driving client relationships, revenue performance, and team development across the full spectrum of talent solutions. In this role, you will manage a diverse client portfolio, expand business through strategic sales and relationship-building, and serve as a national subject matter expert in the talent solutions industry. You will collaborate closely with recruiting leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes while mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team. Lead a high-visibility, national practice with entrepreneurial growth potential and direct influence on firm-wide revenueBuild and develop a talented sales team aligned to key industry segments Shape the strategic direction of talent advisory services at a top-ranked, high-growth firm Manage a diverse client portfolio of $3M in revenue across contract, contract-to-perm, retained, and direct hire engagements Sign and deliver to 12 current and/or existing clients annually through internal referral, existing client, and new business development pipelines Place 30+ new contractors and employees in partnership with the Recruiting team Minimum 10 years of experience in agency search/talent acquisition in a client service capacity Demonstrated management of at least 5 enterprise-level accounts simultaneously, with experience expanding within matrixed organizations Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience over sales executives and/or recruiters Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-moving,
