Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization The HUD/SOAR Supervisor oversees the HUD Housing and SOAR programs. This individual supervises the HUD Housing Case Managers and SOAR personnel in all phases of their work, provides direct services to clients, conducts all SOAR trainings and supervises permanent supportive housing contracts. The person in this position also supervises the HUD and SOAR support staff in the implementation of systems, and coordinates with the Behavioral Health Program Manager (Community Support Services) regarding administrative and clinical management procedures relating to clients.



The HUD and SOAR Supervisor is responsible for the overall quality and effectiveness of the agency's HUD and SOAR programs, and has oversight of qualified services provided by the agency. Sea Mar employees serve as an extension of this mission and demonstrate their commitment to an excellent client experience by: Advocating for social justice Participate in interviewing and selecting candidates for employment, training employees, planning, assigning and directing work/caseloads for employees. Provide individual and group supervision to all HUD and SOAR case managers and program staff working on your site. Conduct weekly file reviews and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure files meet Federal, State, County, and Sea Mar requirements. Promote the program to community based agencies, faith communities, social services agencies, criminal justice institutions, community health centers, schools, and any other potential referral agency. In collaboration with the manager, ensure clinical staff submits daily collected data and daily data entry in the regional data system. Ensure data timeliness and accuracy. Work in partnership with the Program Manager to ensure high quality of care for all Sea Mar patients. Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
