Lead commercial real estate projects at Morguard using construction management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination across occupied properties. As a Project Manager, you will deliver capital, tenant, lifecycle, infrastructure, and building improvement projects. Manage complete project lifecycles from feasibility through closeout. Coordinate Property Management, Operations, tenants, consultants, contractors, and vendors while protecting scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and risk assessments Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Monitor construction progress, quality, costs, risks, and milestones Prepare project updates,



documentation, and financial status reports

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related discipline Three-plus years of project management or construction experience Experience managing consultants, contractors, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and procurement Knowledge of commercial construction, building systems, contracts, and codes Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and project-management software Bring commercial construction, financial control, and stakeholder coordination expertise to Morguard’s diverse real estate portfolio.
