Lead retail execution and customer experience at Canadian Tire as a Store Manager supporting Department Managers on the sales floor. Work includes direct customer contact. As part of the store’s Management team, you will support Department Managers and report to the General Manager or Associate Dealer. The position focuses on customer satisfaction, retail execution, sales, productivity, profitability, and performance expectations. You will also manage store projects and support policies, safety programs, and employee development.
