The role serves as a key business partner to operational leaders by providing insights, performance measurement, and process optimization recommendations that improve productivity, inventory management, service levels, transportation efficiency, and overall supply chain performance. Manager, Supply Chain Optimization Full Time, Permanent Supply Chain Analytics and Performance Management Develop and maintain supply chain performance metrics, dashboards, and scorecards across Inventory, Warehousing, Transportation, Purchasing, and Customer Service functions. Establish KPI ownership, reporting standards, and data governance to ensure accurate and consistent performance measurement. Support monthly business reviews through performance reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Data & Systems Management Develop data models and reporting structures. Lead Lean and process improvement initiatives. Support site optimization and network improvement projects. Strong supply chain operational knowledge with advanced analytical capabilities. They will be equally comfortable on the warehouse floor evaluating slotting strategies and productivity opportunities,



as they are building executive dashboards, analyzing trends, and developing performance metrics that support strategic decision-making across the supply chain organization. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or operational excellence roles.
