Design and implement AI-assisted automation for simulation setup, debugging, and workflow optimization, translating emerging technologies into practical engineering tools Enable production sign-off flows including Monte Carlo, reliability analysis, and post-layout simulation methodologies that teams depend on for tapeout Support engineers through documentation, training, consultation, and best-practice guidance that helps them get more out of the tools Thousands of IP designers worldwide will use the simulation infrastructure you build,



and the improvements you make will compound across every project they touch AI-driven automation you implement will change how teams approach simulation setup and debugging, setting the foundation for next-generation workflows The platform strategy and roadmap you help define will guide simulation infrastructure investments across global engineering teams Bachelor's degree with 7-8+ years of experience, Master's with 5-6+ years, or PhD with 3-4+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Strong background in CAD, design automation, simulation infrastructure, or analog/mixed-signal design and verification Proficiency in Python, Tcl, Shell, or similar scripting languages for building automation and workflow tools Experience working in Linux-based development and compute environments Experience with AI technologies, LLMs, agent-based systems, or machine learning applications for engineering productivity is a robust plus, as is experience with distributed computing, cloud-based workloads, or large-scale engineering infrastructure You will join the Simulation Platforms team within Central CAD / Design Enablement. The team develops and supports the simulation infrastructure that enables semiconductor IP development across the company. Working closely with engineers and tool-development partners around the world, you will help drive next-generation simulation technologies, platform scalability, and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
