Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advisory Application Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade applications in a cloud-native setting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes, DevOps, GitOps, GitHub, and Azure DevOps, along with a passion for building scalable, secure, and highly available applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and microservices.

Deploy and manage containerised applications using Kubernetes in production environments.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

Drive GitOps practices to enable automated, reliable application deployments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.

Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.

Ensure adherence to security, compliance,



and operational best practices.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to decisions on application architecture.

Support cloud-native application modernisation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Kubernetes in an enterprise environment.

Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies and best practices.

Proficiency in GitHub, GitOps, and Azure DevOps.

Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications.

Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker.

Experience with CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and deployment strategies.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
