About The Role
This role is part of our Digital team, with the internal title of Associate, Digital, focusing primarily on data analytics across various client engagements. As an entry-level data professional, you will bring a foundational background in analysis combined with a strong desire to develop both technical and consulting skills. Under the mentorship of senior analysts, you will support the delivery of digital products by providing reporting and data analysis solutions that enable organizations to better understand their data and make informed decisions.
You will contribute to analytics initiatives such as dashboarding, exploratory analysis, KPI tracking, and data quality validation. Additionally, you will gain exposure to broader digital consulting areas including AI product development, digital transformation, user experience (UX/CX), and project management. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously enhance their analytical and consulting capabilities while understanding how data influences product decisions, customer experiences, and overall business strategy.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
- Foundational proficiency in SQL and experience querying database systems or cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic understanding of data modeling principles and analytics best practices
- Knowledge of key business metrics and KPI definition and tracking
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and introductory A/B testing principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
- Interest in data governance, privacy, and security best practices
- Curiosity about AI and ability to leverage AI tools to support analytical work
Responsibilities
- Assist client and internal teams in translating business questions into analytical requirements
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights under senior team guidance
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
- Support documentation of metrics, definitions, and analytics processes
- Collaborate with data engineers and senior analysts on data validation, modeling, and reporting
- Communicate insights through visualizations, summaries, and presentations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and analytical workflows
