We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Buyer & Acquisition Specialist to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership workplace, and is ready to take ownership of the vehicle acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and acquire vehicles for dealership inventory
• Communicate and negotiate with dealerships, wholesalers, private sellers, and other industry contacts
• Identify attractive vehicle purchasing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners
• Coordinate vehicle purchases and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records using CRM, Outlook, and other dealership systems
• Work closely with management and the sales team
• Organize and manage multiple transactions simultaneously




• Travel within Canada when required

Requirements:
• OMVIC certification
• Valid Ontario Full G driver's licence
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional, and highly organized
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Outlook, and modern digital/AI tools
• Automotive dealership experience is an asset Compensation: Commission-based, with earning potential based on performance and results.
