As we expand in British Columbia, we’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us find and place great people. Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and community outreach
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience and fit
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming client needs
• Coordinate onboarding, including documentation, orientation and start-date confirmation
• Keep candidate records and the applicant tracking system accurate and up to date
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand staffing needs and follow up on placements
• Support candidates throughout the process with timely, skilled communication Qualifications
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a staffing agency or high-volume setting Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple open roles at once
• Comfortable using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a sense of urgency Preferred Skills
• Experience recruiting for [light industrial / warehouse / general labor] roles is an asset Pay range and compensation package
• Salary of CA$50,000 – CA$60,000 per year, based on experience
