Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter at Prime Set Agency. The Appointment Setter will make outbound calls to prospective and existing leads, introduce home renovation services, and qualify interest and fit based on defined criteria. Each day, the role involves accurately capturing lead information, confirming contact details, and scheduling appointments in the company’s calendar systems. The Appointment Setter will follow call scripts and guidelines, handle basic questions, and route more complex inquiries to the appropriate team members.



The role also includes maintaining detailed records in the CRM, following up with leads who requested callbacks, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled appointments. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, including managing calendars and coordinating time slots accurately.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, such as qualifying prospects and identifying potential opportunities through outbound calling.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, with the ability to build rapport, respond to questions, and maintain a courteous, solution-focused approach.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in a call center, sales support, or appointment-setting role; familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools; reliable internet access for work from home; and the ability to meet call volume and performance targets.
