- Collaborating with teachers, assistants, and specialists, the LST coordinates personalized instruction, designs Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), and ensures tailored accommodations. - Serves as a faith and instructional leader supporting the Principal in school vision, culture, and operations. Rooted in Catholic values, the Vice Principal fosters an inclusive, safe environment while supporting staff development, student mentorship, discipline, school activities, and community partnerships. • Maintain an active faith and desire to further faith development
• Demonstrate highly effective leadership, human relations, and communication skills
• Possess experience in elementary, junior high school education and/or administration

• Form part of a collaborative teaching team that fulfills modern teaching and assessment practices
• Have strong classroom management,
