• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services including: o EC2 o S3 o Lambda o VPC o IAM o CloudWatch Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms to design, implement, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud services, automation, infrastructure as code, containerization, monitoring tools, and system administration. This role requires excellent troubleshooting abilities, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to improving cloud operations, security, and reliability. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize AWS and Azure cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Manage and support AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and related cloud components.
• Administer Azure infrastructure resources including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security services.
• Perform capacity planning and resource optimization to improve performance and control costs. Automation & Infrastructure as Code
• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Automate operational and administrative tasks using Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure deployment automation. Containerization & Application Support
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads using Docker, ECS, and EKS.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deploy, maintain, and modernize cloud-based applications.
• Ensure application availability, performance,



and resilience across environments. Monitoring, Security & Compliance
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting using AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and other observability tools.
• Enforce cloud security best practices including IAM policies, encryption, patch management, and compliance controls.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation activities.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and backup validation. Incident Management & Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, and application-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
• Support critical production incidents and provide timely resolution. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and runbooks.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers and support teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cloud adoption strategies. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services including: o EC2 o S3 o Lambda o VPC o IAM o CloudWatch
• Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Azure Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server Administration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: o Terraform o AWS CloudFormation
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation.




• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies: o Docker o Amazon ECS o Amazon EKS
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools: o AWS CloudWatch o Dynatrace o Other enterprise monitoring platforms
• Strong scripting skills in: o Python o Bash o PowerShell
• Good understanding of: o Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Routing, VPNs) o Security best practices and cloud governance o Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions Soft Skills

• Microsoft Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect Certification.
• Experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud transformation initiatives.

• 5+ years of Infrastructure/System Administration experience
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS and/or Azure Cloud Engineering experience
• Experience working within enterprise production environments supporting mission-critical applications.
