Skin Vitality is looking for an energetic, results-driven National Sales Trainer who can turn sales potential into exceptional performance.
You know how to connect with people, understand their goals and confidently guide a consultation. Just as importantly, you can teach others to do the same.
What you’ll do
- Train, coach and motivate our sales teams across clinic locations.
- Lead hands-on training, role-playing and individual coaching.
- Build confidence in consultations, follow-up and closing.
- Help teams communicate treatment perks clearly and set realistic expectations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into measurable results.
- Create a culture of accountability, enthusiasm and outstanding patient care.
What you bring
- A proven track record in sales and sales coaching.
- Strong presentation, communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for medical aesthetics and helping people feel confident.
- The ability to motivate different personalities and lead by example.
- A willingness to travel between clinic locations.
