About Us

WMC Canadian Academy is expanding its multidisciplinary team to provide personalized educational, developmental, and therapeutic support for children and families.

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver individualized services in families’ homes throughout Oakville and surrounding communities.

Available Positions

- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Speech and language assessments.

Expressive and receptive communication development.

Social communication and interaction skills.

Support for children with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays.

AAC and functional communication support, where appropriate.

Individualized therapy planning and parent guidance.

- Occupational Therapist (OT)

Fine motor and coordination development.

Sensory processing and regulation strategies.

Daily living and independence skills.

Handwriting and school-related functional skills.

Support for children with autism and developmental challenges.

Individualized therapy planning and parent guidance.

Requirements

Current registration in good standing with CASLPO (SLP) or COTO (OT).

Experience working with children, preferably including neurodivergent learners.

Willingness to travel to families’ homes in Oakville.

Reliable transportation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.
