Job Description
• Hands-on experience supporting Akamai CDN services in a production environment.
• Experience with Akamai Property Manager, configuration versioning, staging, and production activation.
• Ability to troubleshoot across CDN, network, application, and origin server layers.
• Familiarity with Akamai security services.
• Experience using monitoring and log analysis tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Linux and troubleshooting tools such as curl, dig, and openssl.
• Experience with incident management, change management, and root cause analysis.
• Robust communication skills and experience coordinating production issue resolution
