Role Description The Summer Sales Internship is an on-site role based in The Blue Mountains, ON. Interns engage directly with prospective customers, presenting pest control services, responding to questions, and guiding customers through the sales process. Daily responsibilities include canvassing assigned areas, delivering clear product information, handling basic customer service inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of leads and sales. Interns participate in ongoing training sessions, work closely with managers to refine sales techniques, and collaborate with teammates to meet individual and team performance goals.



This internship is designed to provide practical experience in sales and marketing within a structured, supportive environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support goal achievement and performance growth.
• Candidates should possess a willingness to participate in Training and apply feedback to improve sales techniques and customer interactions.
• Ability to work in office in The Blue Mountains, ON throughout the summer internship period.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort engaging with customers in person, including door-to-door or field-based sales activities.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is an asset but not required.
• Current college or university student status or recent graduate preferred.
