7-15 Years Schedule: Occasional Production Support Rotation Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a dynamic technology team responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting business-critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience delivering scalable solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.




• Drive engineering best practices around code quality, automation, performance, resiliency, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Required Skills
• Solid hands-on experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, Relational Databases, and Object-Oriented Design Principles.
• Experience with Automated Testing, CI/CD Pipelines, and Agile Methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Skills
• Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, Angular, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Platforms, and DevOps Practices.
• Exposure to OpenTelemetry or observability tools is a plus.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable.
