Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.
Configure EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management functionalities.
Build OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams. Required

Skills:
-4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
Solid expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.




Experience with OmniStudio components.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred

Skills:
-Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
Salesforce Industries certification.
MuleSoft integration exposure.
Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.
Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.
Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
