About the Role

As we expand in British Columbia, we’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us find and place great people.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and community outreach
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience and fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming client needs
- Coordinate onboarding, including documentation, orientation and start-date confirmation
- Keep candidate records and the applicant tracking system accurate and up to date




- Communicate regularly with clients to understand staffing needs and follow up on placements
- Support candidates throughout the process with timely, professional communication

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a staffing agency or high-volume setting

Required Skills

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple open roles at once
- Comfortable using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a sense of urgency

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for [light industrial / warehouse / general labor] roles is an asset

Pay range and compensation package

- Salary of CA$50,000 – CA$60,000 per year, based on experience
- Supportive, collaborative team environment
- Room to grow as our BC operations expand
