Role Description The Personal Lines Insurance Broker is a full-time, hybrid role based in Okotoks, AB, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this position, the broker will advise clients on personal lines insurance products, including home, auto, and other general insurance coverage, ensuring policies meet individual needs and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with team members, continuous learning about product changes and market developments,



and upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism are key aspects of the role. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of personal lines Insurance Brokerage operations and Insurance products, including home, auto, and other general insurance coverage.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and provide prompt, professional support to diverse clients.
• Relevant provincial insurance license (such as Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance License in Alberta) or eligibility to obtain it within a defined timeframe.
• Experience using brokerage management systems, CRM tools, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and document processing).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines effectively.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment
