Psychologists: What if you could focus on assessment work without managing everything around it?

We're expanding our assessment services at Sullivan + Associates Clinical Psychology and looking for experienced Registered Psychologists and Psychological Associates across Ontario.

We're offering independent contractor opportunities for clinicians who enjoy assessment work and want the support of an established multidisciplinary practice.

What makes our model different?

✓ Psychometrists complete testing

✓ Optional psychometrist report-drafting support is being introduced for psychologists who prefer to focus on clinical interpretation, review, editing, and finalization

✓ Administrative support for intake, scheduling, and billing

✓ No ongoing therapy caseload required

✓ Versatile virtual and in-person opportunities, depending on assessment requirements

✓ $800–$2,000 per assessment, depending on the work involved

✓ Potential for 10–15 assessments per month, subject to referral availability

We're particularly interested in psychologists experienced in psychoeducational, ADHD, autism, psycho-diagnostic,



and neuropsychological assessments. Across all assessment areas, experience working with children and adolescents is a particular priority for our growing practice.

Our goal is simple: provide a flexible assessment model where psychologists can focus their time on the clinical work that requires their expertise, with testing, administration, and - where desired - report-drafting support provided by the broader assessment team. Our enhanced report-support workflow is being introduced progressively as our assessment infrastructure is completed.
