General Description This position coordinates the transportation of inbound (material and consumables) and outbound (finished products) and ensures deliveries to meet customer demand. Skill/Effort Requirements

• Ability to interact with vendors and work collaboratively to ensure the top customer service expectations are met Responsibilities
• Trace, track, and expedite purchase processes
• Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Interact with third party logistics service providers
• Audit freight cost and documentation
• Review bills, invoices and purchase orders
• Assist customers with inquiries
• Enforce and adhere to all company procedures and safety policies
• Follow up with any freight companies where required (safety or policy infraction)
• Coordinate with border agencies, duty, tariffs, shipment compliance and identification as required
