Position: Full-Time Dental Administrator

Experience: Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience

Schedule

- Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside both a general dentist and a Periodontist, expanding your experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum of 1 year of dental administration experience.

- Proficiency in scheduling, hygiene coordination, insurance submissions and predeterminations, insurance payment entry,



and other administrative responsibilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, team members, and dental providers.

- Exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first mindset.

- A proactive approach, robust initiative, and a sense of urgency.

- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
