Toronto, ON Job ID#: RQ11744 Duration: 12 Months Role Overview We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead user-centered and service design initiatives for complex digital service experiences. This role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and consistent experiences across enterprise platforms and digital services. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs, research findings, and business requirements into practical, scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead user research, service design, interaction design, and validation activities.
• Identify user needs, behaviors, pain points, accessibility requirements, and service expectations.
• Develop personas, journey maps, service blueprints, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Design consistent experiences across enterprise platform capabilities and digital services.
• Facilitate co-design workshops, design reviews, and cooperative working sessions.
• Conduct usability testing and accessibility evaluations, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Maintain traceability between user needs, business requirements, and design decisions.
• Support development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Contribute reusable patterns, standards, and components to an enterprise design system. Required Experience
• Experience leading user experience and service design for complex transactional digital services.
• Experience planning and conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing, and design validation.
• Experience creating personas, journey maps,



service blueprints, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Experience designing account-based experiences, dashboards, forms, workflows, notifications, document interactions, and service discovery experiences.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, service design, interaction design, content design, and design-thinking methodologies.
• Experience designing accessible services in accordance with AODA and WCAG standards.
• Experience applying enterprise design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns.
• Experience designing responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, architects, developers, analysts, accessibility specialists, and testing teams.
• Experience presenting research findings and design recommendations to senior stakeholders. Skill Set Requirements User-Centered and Service Design Experience (35%)
• Experience leading design for complex transactional services.
• Experience developing journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications.
• Experience translating research findings into implementable design solutions. User Research and Usability (25%)
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, synthesis activities, and design validation with diverse user groups.



Accessibility and Design Standards (20%)
• Knowledge of AODA and WCAG requirements.
• Experience applying enterprise design systems and accessible interaction patterns. Communication and Collaboration (20%)
• Excellent visual, written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary Agile teams and senior stakeholders. Must-Have Qualifications
