Applicants should have basic computer skills and excellent phone communication skills. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, managing reservations, answering questions, and ensuring guests have a positive experience during their stay.
