Maintain building systems for QuadReal Property Group while delivering resident service through preventative maintenance, inspections, and emergency response duties.

Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager, this Maintenance Technician supports scheduled, routine, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance. The work includes mechanical systems, health and safety, records, supplies, and resident communication. The goal is exceptional resident satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain pumps, HVAC, pools, and life safety systems
- Perform scheduled, preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance
- Complete daily interior and exterior site inspections
- Maintain accurate records using Yardi Voyager
- Handle resident inquiries, feedback, complaints, and concerns

Requirements:

- Two years of related general maintenance experience
- High school diploma with courses or certification
- Awareness of occupational health and safety practices
- Microsoft Office, smartphone, and tablet familiarity
- Availability for emergency response and on-call duty
