Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure valuable customer service throughout the retail operation
- Supervise staff and develop effective teamwork
- Train staff and schedule assignments across shifts
- Support stock levels, stock variances, and store security
- Participate in store duties and labor relations matters

Requirements:

- Secondary school diploma or equivalent certificate
- One year of recent customer-facing service experience
- Six months of recent supervisory experience
- Criminal record check and Serving It Right certification
- Ability to lift liquor cases up to 50 pounds
