You will provide tailored financial information, manage client portfolios, and guide engagement teams. The position requires CPA designation, public accounting experience, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client-facing teams through audits and compliance tax engagements
- Deliver audit and assurance expertise through reports and presentations
- Manage client portfolios, risks, relationships, and account development
- Plan engagements, schedules, budgets,



billing, and collections
- Coach team members through feedback and performance reviews

Requirements:

- CPA designation
- Four to six years of relevant public accounting experience
- Solid business, accounting, management, and practice development understanding
- Proven people management, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- Flexibility to travel as necessary
