This temporary full time Office Assistant provides clerical support to a program or work group. The position assists administration and staff while serving patients and visitors. Daily work includes reporting, document distribution, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory, with special assignments as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Key in, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, invoices, and forms
- Receive, direct, and respond to telephone or counter inquiries
- Maintain filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
- Perform billing, bookkeeping, documentation, and reporting functions




- Register patients and transcribe orders according to requirements

Requirements:
