About the Role

G&A; Robot is looking for a relationship-focused, data-driven Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, in office role based in Burnaby. You will manage an established portfolio of existing clients, build long-term relationships, keep customers satisfied and retained, and identify opportunities to grow each account.

Responsibilities

- Manage an established portfolio of existing clients, with ownership of client satisfaction, retention and account growth
- Act as the primary point of contact, building long-term,



trusted relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Understand each client’s needs and uncover growth or upsell opportunities
- Address client questions, concerns and objections professionally and proactively
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for accounts, opportunities, quotes and orders, and ensure timely client communication
- Analyse account data to identify retention risks and opportunities to expand or upgrade each client’s services

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in an account management, client services or customer success role (B2B preferred) and/or post-secondary education in Business, Sales or Marketing
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Robust negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong data analysis skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment
- Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
