Job Title: IT Application Support Analyst
Salary Range: CAD$55,146.00 – CAD$68,932.00
Working Type: On-Site
PURPOSEOF ROLE
The role of theIT Applications Support Analyst is to support andoptimise the suite of applications used across our food production operations.This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and performance of systemssuch as ERP, production planning, traceability, and quality control tools thatunderpin day-to-day manufacturing and supply chain activities.
Line management to the role will be provided by ITApplications Engineer and IT Team Leader.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide hands-on support for core business applications, particularly ERP systems used for production scheduling, inventory, procurement, and quality assurance.
Act as a point of contact for application-related issues within the production or test environments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to understand system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work as part of the IT support team to resolve service tickets
Manage application configurations, user access,



and system integrations with equipment and other platforms.
Support traceability and compliance by ensuring data integrity and system availability for audits and reporting.
Participate in testing and deployment of application updates or new modules.
Cooperate with Regional/Group functions (Infrastructure, PMO, Transformation, Service Delivery) in efforts to implement and improve standard Hilton IT solutions.
Maintaining good cooperation and communication between business users and IT team.
Implements system changes and administers access to systems and data utilising approved information technology security policies, standards and guidelines.
Demonstrate an advanced level of application knowledge across variety of platforms – example: ERP, production line applications and business applications
KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Understanding of ERP systems, including Evolve (to be included in training) in a manufacturing or food production context.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure in a live production environment.
Good understanding of data flows, system integration, and user access management.
Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders on the shop floor.

Demonstratable knowledge of major enterprise business software i.e. ERP, WMS, SAP
Problem-solving ability.
Ability to prioritise work in a reactive and proactive environment.
Understands the importance of Security and Standards.
Desirable:
Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000).
Knowledge of traceability requirements in food manufacturing.
Exposure to automation systems or industrial IT infrastructure.
