Position: Non-Investment Finance Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Flexible schedule

Role Responsibilities

- Build and review deliverables such as PnL and mark-to-market reconciliations, vendor/AP payment reconciliations, and integrated 3-statement models.
- Evaluate covenant and credit analysis and partnership/professional-services allocations.
- Reason from primary sources like term sheets, purchase agreements, and trial balances to identify material information.
- Write clear, CFO/partner-ready narratives explaining assumptions, variances, and recommendations.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications





Must-Have

- 5+ years in a hands-on non-investment finance role.
- Strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Comfort exercising professional judgment on incomplete or ambiguous information.

Preferred

- CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with ASC 805 & 606.
