Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to support construction activities on active project sites in the Edmonton area. Reporting to the Site Superintendent, this role provides general site support, assists skilled trades, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

The General Labourer works closely with supervisors, trades, suppliers, and the office team and plays an important role in day-to-day site operations.

- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site practices and safety requirements
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and skilled conduct on site

Qualifications :

- Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset but not required
- Construction safety training (WHMIS, CSTS, First Aid) is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is an asset, depending on project requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labour safely

- Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions to the Site Superintendent
- Maintain tools and equipment through routine checks and cleaning
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, trades, suppliers, and the office team

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.17-$26.74 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 50 per week
