Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our Kubota team at our Haldimand Tractor location.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within a dedicated sales territory , with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals for new and used equipment , with the sole focus being on the Kubota Product Line .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships,



understands the importance of strong service after the sale, and thrives in a goal-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers within a defined sales territory
- Identify customer equipment needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Sell new and used agricultural, construction, and residential equipment
- Maintain regular contact with customers to support retention and future sales opportunities
- Work collaboratively with Parts, Service, and Administration teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain a professional image while representing Haldimand Tractor and The D&W; Group Inc

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 Years of Sales Experience (preferably in equipment, agriculture, construction, or related industries)
- StrongCustomer Service and Relationship Building Skills
- High School Diploma: Secondary Preffered
- Valid & Clean Drivers Abstract
