Role Description
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service to foster positive tenant relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Advertise and market available units using platforms, social media and listing services.
- Conduct showings and respond to rental inquires.
- Experience with preparing and managing Leases,
applicant screening and Lease Administration to support leasing operations effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with residents, prospective clients, and the property management team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills necessary for handling documentation and lease processes.
- Proficiency in property management tools and software is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Ontario residential tenancy rules
- Ability to work in office in Ottawa, ON.
