Overview

Duties

- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for various pest control tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about pest control practices.
- Educate clients on preventative measures to minimize future infestations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest behavior, and current treatment methods to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade clients on the benefits of services offered.




- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to operate farm machinery when necessary for specific tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
