We have an opportunity for a Service/Parts Coordinator working in the Aftermarket team, in our Charlottetown, PE branch. This is a full-time, permanent role working with our customers, Service team, Parts team, sales and suppliers.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the full cycle ordering and provision of parts to our technicians and customers
- Prepares quotes for service technicians - provides quotes to customers and follows up with customers as required
- Provide parts support to the technicians (field and shop) and is a liaison with Service and Parts teams




- Order the required parts and hand off/obtain signatures with the technician or Service Coordinator
- Tracks parts and follows up on back orders
- Responsible for shop supplies and consumables for the shop
- Responsible for van inventory - ensuring inventory is accounted for, tracking parts in and out
- Participate in the team on-call schedule, and Saturday morning rotation schedule
- Keep work station clean & tidy, follow Health & Safety policies and procedures

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.91 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
