Our customer focused bicycle shop has been serving the Lower Mainland for over 90 years. With 4 busy locations and the season around the corner, we need to expand our team. If you are positive, outgoing and team oriented, we'd love to talk to you.

We serve all types of cyclists with a large selection of bicycles, parts, accessories and clothing. We offer a complete range of bicycle service and service packages performed by professional bike technicians. We also provide a positive environment for every type of cyclist, regardless of age, gender or cycling discipline.

Bicycle Service Writer/Advisor

fit and performance
- Is passionate about everything they do and whose attitude is infectious
- Has bicycle repair experience and is can speak clearly about bicycle parts and their operation
- Is willing and able to work weekends

Day to day functions include:

- Delivering a reasonable expectation for finished service to the customer
- Ensure that each work order maintains managers expectations for our service teams work-flow: intake, job prioritization, service part order management, occur in an efficient and profitable manner
- Work under the direction of the Store Manager to maximize sales revenue and achieve goals set for the Service Department - both labor and parts
- Operating the company POS, credit card machine and cash register
- Responsible for safety, security, cleanliness, and organization at the service counter

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
