The Role

We’re hiring a Junior Project Manager who can support client delivery and keep projects moving — with a strong emphasis on CRM workflows, implementation, and automation. You’ll work closely with our internal team and clients to take projects from “plan” to “live,” ensuring everything is built properly and performs.

What You’ll Do

- Manage day-to-day project coordination across multiple client accounts

- Build and implement CRM workflows (GoHighLevel / similar)

- - Support onboarding and technical setup (forms, tracking, calendar booking, integrations)

- Coordinate deliverables across ads, creative, landing pages, and reporting

- Communicate clearly with clients (updates, approvals, timelines, next steps)

- Assist with quality assurance (links, tracking, forms, conversions, campaign readiness)

- Track hours and priorities so projects stay on schedule and within scope

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

- Strong organization + follow-through (you move things to completion)
- Comfortable with tech tools and systems




- Experience building or managing CRM workflows and automations
- Clear communicator — personable, confident, qualified
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment

Big value-add (not mandatory but strong advantage):

- Sales experience or comfort having client-facing conversations
- Marketing experience (Meta/Google basics, landing pages, lead gen fundamentals)
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Zapier/Make, GA4, GTM, or Ads Managers

Pay: $43,122.38-$65,000.00 per year
