Production Manager & Lead Technician

Psi Power Washing is a tech-forward exterior cleaning company looking for a high-ownership Production Manager & Lead Technician to spearhead our field operations in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.

Because our founder operates a sales division during business hours, we require a leader who is comfortable working autonomously, managing a crew, and overseeing quality control without direct supervision. You will be the "boots on the ground" manager, responsible for the successful execution of every job on the schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Leadership : Manage and work alongside a general technician in a 2-man crew to complete power washing, interlocking, sealing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and deck/fence staining projects.
- Logistics & Equipment : Utilize your personal pickup truck to transport equipment, materials (polymeric sand, sealant, stain, etc), and the crew to various job sites daily.
- Systems Management : Use our custom mobile CRM to view the daily schedule, access specific job details (sqft and material requirements), and track project completion.
- Customer Relations : Act as the primary point of contact on-site,



perform final walkthroughs with clients, and collect final payments through our digital app.
- Material Oversight : Coordinate the pickup of materials like sand or sealant based on the automated lists generated by our sales reps.

Requirements :

- Vehicle : Must own a reliable pickup truck suitable for hauling equipment.
- Experience : Previous experience in home services (landscaping, painting, or pressure washing) and leadership/management experience is strongly preferred.
- Availability : Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (Must be able to operate independently while the owner is off-site)
- Tech Savvy : Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling, reporting, and payment collection.
- Location : Must be based in or near Waterloo, ON.

Compensation & Benefits

- Performance Bonus : 3% Commission on the total revenue of every job successfully completed by your crew
- Mileage Reimbursement : $0.73 per km for all business-related travel

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
