- Provide high-quality waxing services while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas.
- Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Assist with retail sales of bath and body products, jewelry, and accessories.
- Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience.
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on our offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in beauty services, particularly waxing.
