Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily gas station and convenience store operations
- Lead and support staff during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and cleanliness standards
- Handle cash, inventory, and store procedures responsibly
- Assist with merchandising and sales growth initiatives
- Monitor fuel station operations and safety procedures
- Help create a positive and efficient work environment

Requirements :

- Previous retail, gas station, or supervisor experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage staff and improve sales performance
- Flexible availability including weekends if needed
- Looking for long-term employment

Position Details

- Full time: 40 hours per week
- Wage: $18-$22/hour (based on experience)
