The Role The Key Holder is a vital part of the store’s success, supporting sales, team development, and operational excellence. This role requires someone adaptable, client-focused, and capable of leading by example on the sales floor. You’ll help deliver an exceptional experience for customers while assisting with team growth and store performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

- Support the leadership team in achieving sales goals and driving business results.
- Lead by example in delivering Azur Fit’s elevated service expectations.
- Guide associates in product knowledge, client engagement, and delivering personalized service.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and provide thoughtful, solution-oriented service.
- Assist in executing floor strategies to maximize clienteling and repeat business.

Team Leadership & Culture





- Inspire enthusiasm and positivity for Azur Fit’s mission and brand vision.
- Foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with colleagues and customers.
- Model professionalism, confidence, and adaptability in all interactions.
- Provide constructive feedback to the team and support their development.
- Support the team in achieving store-wide objectives and performance goals.
- Promote a collaborative, team-selling environment while encouraging individual contributions.

Operations & Store Standards

- Oversee daily operational tasks, including floor readiness, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Ensure all store standards are maintained, including visual presentation and cleanliness.
- Utilize store systems and tools to track performance and inventory.
- Assist in resolving customer issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Additional Requirements

- Experience : 1-3 years of retail experience preferred, ideally in fashion, activewear, or apparel.
- Technical Skills : Comfortable using POS systems, mobile devices, and store reporting tools.
- Schedule : Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (including Blackout Periods).

Job Types : Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
