Efficiency Home Renovations is growing, and we are looking for a polished, motivated In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team.

We specialize in high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations across the GTA, delivering a premium experience that remains accessible, transparent, and affordable for homeowners.

This is an opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment, values professionalism, and understands how to confidently guide homeowners toward making same-day decisions on projects that genuinely improve their homes and lifestyles.

Our process is structured, our systems are established, and our leads are warm and pre-qualified. Your role is to build trust, provide solutions, and close business.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Attend pre-booked in-home appointments across the GTA
- Consult homeowners on kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovation projects
- Measure spaces and build project estimates
- Present renovation solutions and financing options
- Guide homeowners through the decision-making process
- Close projects professionally and confidently
- Maintain accurate client information within our CRM system

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

- Average deal size: $15,000 - $40,000+
- Solid consultants commonly close $100,000+ in monthly sales volume
- Expected annual earnings range: $70,000 - $179,000+, with no income ceiling

Who We’re Looking For

- Experienced in in-home sales or consultative closing
- Professional, polished, and confident in client-facing environments
- Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward same-day closes
- Organized and process-driven
- Motivated by performance and uncapped income
- Able to build trust quickly with homeowners
- Available weekdays and Saturdays
- Experienced in renovations, home improvement, or design-oriented sales environments (preferred)
