Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct high-end sales negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs.
- Support the sales process by upselling additional products or services to existing customers.
- Manage customer relationships through excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and personalized communication.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain current ones.
- Assist in sales support functions such as preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Utilize organizational skills to track sales activities, update CRM systems, and forecast future sales performance.
- Leverage multilingual abilities (including Spanish) to communicate effectively with diverse client bases.

Skills

- Proven experience in sales, retail sales, or dealership environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.




- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
- Experience in sales management or supporting sales teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to enhance outreach efforts.
- Robust organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and maintaining detailed records.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for pricing and proposals effectively.
