Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for sales will be key in driving store performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products through upselling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash, credit, or debit card payments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members
- Achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.




- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the scheduled shift.
- Test water samples and provide customer with results and chemical needs.
- Able to carry up to 50 lbs.

Requirements :

- Pool Retail sales experience(preferred) with chemical and parts knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes, including point-of-sale systems.
