Bacaro, a Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant and wine bar inspired by the bacari of Venice is looking for a Server to join the team. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine, and a passion for hospitality, are considered assets.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in all food handling and preparation
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions and managing orders efficiently
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area and kitchen environment
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and promote menu items effectively
- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures, including Serving It Right regulations

You have :

- 1+ year experience with service in a fast-paced, casual fine-dining environment
- Experience with Italian cuisine is an asset
- Developing wine knowledge (WSET training considered an asset)
- A team-oriented outlook
- A desire to learn and to lead by example
- Serving it Right Certification
- A passion for food and service and a positive attitude
