We’re on the lookout for a Sales Associate to join our Flamingo+ crew at our Archibald location. - Responsibilities _
- Greet and assist customers with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Provide personalized recommendations and product education
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions with accuracy
- Keep the sales floor organized,
stocked, clean & fresh
- Share product knowledge through engaging conversations
- Support the team in maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment
- Stay current with new arrivals and promotions
- Qualifications _
- 2+ year of retail or customer service experience (preferred)
- SmartChoice certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Cash-handling accuracy and attention to detail
- Passion for cannabis & vapes is a big plus
